Products and quotations
Product descriptions, specifications, stock levels and prices shown on this website are provided for initial reference only and do not constitute an offer. A binding quotation is issued only after we confirm the pattern, sizes, quantities, finish and delivery terms for a specific order.
Intellectual property
All content, images, text and branding on this website belong to ChanWood unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Where the buyer provides custom designs, patterns or branding for production, the buyer warrants that it holds the necessary rights to use such materials and shall indemnify ChanWood against any third-party intellectual-property claims arising from their use.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war or armed conflict, government sanctions or trade restrictions, raw-material shortages, port congestion and utility or transport disruptions. The affected party must notify the other party in writing as soon as practicable and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ChanWood is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of production, loss of business opportunity or cost of substitute goods, arising from the use of this website or from a product supplied under a confirmed order.
In no event shall ChanWood's total aggregate liability in connection with any order exceed the invoice value of the goods giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
Personal information collected through this website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved by friendly negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days shall be submitted to the competent court of Zhengzhou, Henan, China.
Language
These terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Changes to these terms
ChanWood reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting existing orders will be communicated to the buyer directly.
